Students enter the school through the Foundations 101 Program. This phase of training is of paramount importance as it lays the groundwork for our higher level programs. Foundations focuses on physical fitness and the development of strong fundamentals.

Students who have successfully completed the Foundations program are invited into the Combat Athlete Program (CAP). Here is where students can specialize and focus in one discipline or cross train among 25 classes per week.
