Combat athlete program

Students who have successfully completed the Foundations 101 program are invited into the Combat Athlete Program (CAP). This program exemplifies the higher level of training at Progressive Martial Arts. Where some schools offer speciality classes once or twice per week, Progressive Martial Arts offers COMPLETE programs in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do, and the Filipino Martial Arts (Kali). Here is where students can specialize and focus in one discipline or cross train among 25 classes per week.At this level students can train to compete, train to become future instructors or just train for the enjoyment, positive benefits, and quest for knowledge and proficiency in the vast realm of the martial arts.
